Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Seems there is a problem with jquery version in 1.17 rev1, it try to load 1.12.1 while it is 1.13.1 that is in js folder :
I think it is in header.inc.php :

I know that you've already figured out how to fix this yourself. But, for everyone else, I've released osTicket Awesome for osTicket 1.17 (Revision 2) that contains this and another important fix (basic search functionality in the Staff Panel).
