Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

I updated from the latest version 17 to 1.18.3 and then to 1.18.4, and the top menu bar isn't showing up on iPhones (attached screenshot.png)
We use Iphone 15 and 17. I tried light and dark mode under iphone, but it's wrong with both settings.
We use cobalt sea them under OSTicket Awesome.
I tried Moonlit Ocean, and the toolbar is showing up, so the Cobalt Sea theme is wrong.
