Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Hi there,
We have just upgraded to 1.15.4 and having a few issues. I have included a screenshot.
Firstly it appears as though Annotations is all over the show.
Secondly we have a new tooltip showing up against every custom list form field in the queues and in the ticket. How can we remove this? It is very annoying.
Can you please assist?
