Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

I previously purchased older versions of osTicket Awesome and still need access to the corresponding installation files.
Could you please let me know where I can download the older releases? I could not find an archive or a download section for previous versions.
Is there also an official GitHub, GitLab, or another repository that customers can clone to access the source code and specific release versions?
Since I paid for these older versions, I would appreciate it if you could restore my download access or provide direct download links for the versions included with my purchase.
