Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Every time I go back from a ticket, an arrow appears in the second column.
So it displays correctly by default. I open a ticket, then click the back button (Browsers back button), and there are now two arrows. I open another ticket, then click the back button, and there are now three arrows—and I can repeat this as many times as I want until I refresh the page. The problem is persist in Safari browser and Chrome browser too.
I use osTicket 1.18.4 and PHP 8.4.23 with Debian 13.
