Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Hi,
Upgraded to newest version, but I cannot add OSticket awesome license, and this page is blank: /scp/theme.php
Furthermore the top bar i stretched along the screen - see attached image.

Found out if I go to the /scp/theme.php page, and press F5, it shows the settings.
Now I just need to get the menu button back where they where 🙂
After license got activated, the menu bar restores to it's original state, all is good, case closed 🙂
Glad you got it working, Martin, and thanks for reporting the F5 workaround. It helped us track down the cause. The blank page is fixed properly in osTicket Awesome 1.18.4-Awesome-102 (My Account > Downloads), so the osAwesome page now opens straight from the menu without a refresh.
